The introduction of regulations regarding EPC's means improved services for buyers, sellers and rental tenants. Our service is tailored to assist in delivering these important benefits to our local partners and includes:-
- A product of quality. Reports are written using clear language with every day words and phrases. Reports are thorough, detailed, informative and an accurate representation of the current condition of properties
- The knowledge that the personal touch is extremely important when dealing with people selling their main financial asset. Property Assessment are a customer friendly practice and time will be taken to discuss any aspect of a report in detail with our clients
- We also understand that we need to fit around your lifestyle. As a result we offer our inspections at a time and date to suit you, providing it is during daylight hours (we need to see what we're inspecting or assessing!). Subject to those daylight hours, during the summer months, an inspection could quite conceivably be anytime between 4am and approximately 9pm! We are also available during weekends and Bank Holidays (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day).

A Home Condition Report and a Home Condition Survey, what's the difference?
A Home Condition Report is primarily for the seller to purchase and show potential buyers, and includes an Energy Performance Certificate. A Home Condition Survey has exactly the same format as a HCR, in that it assesses the condition of a property, however, it doesn't include an EPC, as an EPC would be included in the sellers Home Information Pack or HCR (if purchased). A Home Condition Survey would be purchased by a buyer to assess potential defects and condition of a property they may be interested in buying.
